The model

Engineering Hub is not classic outsourcing. You get a Danish team lead who owns the requirement specification, quality assurance and delivery, and who draws on established engineering teams abroad as the project requires.
The model does two things at once. Development cost drops substantially, and capacity scales up exactly in the phases where drawings, calculations and documentation would otherwise become the bottleneck. That shortens the path from decision to finished product.
You deal with one point of contact. Coordination across time zones, languages and working methods sits with ProDNA.
