The network
ProDNA Resources is a network of experienced senior consultants who work independently, but not entirely alone. We share knowledge, pass work to each other and take on larger engagements as one team, with as little overhead as possible.
This is not employment and not an agency. You run your own business, set your own rates and use the network to the extent that it makes your work better.

Admission criteria
Who we say yes to
The network only works as long as the level is the same all the way round. The client must be able to rely on every profile we send in. That is why there are four criteria, and we do not compromise on them.
If that does not describe you today, it is not a no forever. Write again when the experience is there.
At least 10 years of senior-level experience within your discipline.
You can work independently at the client and take responsibility for the delivery.
You want to contribute to the other members of the network, not only to your own calendar.
You share the ProDNA stance: results over PowerPoints.

Send a CV or a LinkedIn link and a few lines about the work you solve best. That is enough to get started.

A 30 minute conversation
We talk about what you can do, what you want, and whether the network can actually give you something. The assessment goes both ways.

Admission and introduction
You become part of the network, and we introduce you to the engagements that match your discipline as they come in.
