Why training
The missing link between strategy and results
Most strategies do not fail on ambition. They fail because the organisation lacks the capabilities and processes needed to carry them out. Roles are unclear, decisions take too long, and the methods introduced last year are only used on the surface.
So we start by looking at how you work today and where the work actually stalls. Then we design a programme that closes exactly that gap, rather than running a standard course from end to end.
Teaching is delivered by practitioners from the ProDNA network who have done the work themselves: development projects, product launches and transformations in real organisations. That means concrete examples, honest answers and exercises on your own material.
Your own work as the cases
We practise on your backlog, your portfolio and your processes, so participants can use it the next day.

Partnership
Accredited certifications through Scrum Alliance
Scrum Alliance partner since June 2026The partnership agreement with Scrum Alliance provides access to Agile certifications that are accredited and recognised internationally. The credential therefore counts outside your own organisation as well, and it is the same standard participants meet in Copenhagen, Hamburg or Chicago.
We combine the certification with our own programmes, so participants do not just pass the exam but can also apply the material to the projects they return to.
